“It is a good experience staying at Phoenix Sheraton Downtown, close to Convention Center and easy to get food when crossing the street.”

“This hotel is lovely! The inside is very elegant. The bedrooms were nice and clean. We didn’t have any noise issues. The rooftop bar was decent. The area around it is much to be desired. Being downtown, there are a lot of homeless, parking without the valet is difficult. ”

“Very nice hotel but very short staffed. Check in took 45 min. 2 people at the desk and a tour group had just arrived and none of their room keys worked. Happy hour line at the bar was 15-20 people Deep with one bartender. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was comfortable and the kids loved the outdoor pool! ”
