“Worst place I’ve ever stayed at for the price it was.”

“The Wigwam staff was very friendly from when we checked in, servers, pool staff and at check-out. The resort grounds are beautiful. The family pool was nice however there were people eating poolside and their cups and food ended up in the pool. Our room A/C was not cooling. After 2 hours I texted for a maintenance engineer who was prompt. He had to clean the filter. It was completely clogged. The air began to cool immediately. We discovered later the safe was not working as it was low……

“I’d have to say our stay was good. The cleaning staff was great, receptionists and pool wait staff were also very helpful. A couple downsides…from our “Camelback view” rooms, you could only see palm trees, no view on the mountain whatsoever. The downside of pet friendly, was the dog in a room near ours barking a lot and a strong urine smell in the hall, which props to the cleaning crew, smelled of bleach in the afternoon. It was nice to have a spa onsite, but I’d probably rate it 6/10. ……

“The hosts were excellent throughout the process, making sure everything was just right. The condo was excellently located, close to major shopping, restaurants, and the canal bank for morning walks. The condo itself was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The balcony had an excellent view of the courtyard and was spacious to accommodate four adults for morning coffee. An excellent experience and would go back again”

“House was nice and roomie, we had good communication with vrbo through their app. We were really bummed the pool didn’t heat up over Thanksgiving week. The pool can’t be heated during the winter months when because they think a heat pump heats the water when in fact heat pumps are used to cool the pool water in the hot summer months. The heat pump takes the heat out of the water and returns it to the pool cold. It cannot heat cold water in the winter months. The house has bedrooms for 12 except……

“We had a great stay! The home was spotless and well decorated, with fun amenities like a putting green and ping pong. that everyone enjoyed. The yard was manicured, and the large dining table was perfect for gathering family together. ”
