“We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The table was equally pretty to look at, but was difficult putting anything on top of it, as many things fell through the table as there was no glass surface to provide any sort of stability for anything. “What I liked: Beautiful sorroundings, view and charming place, great food. Great spa and pool facilities. What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. Still when we showed up, they did not accept the requirement stating that it was Expedia the ones who actually denied the itinerary modification. This lack of fexibilit turned out to be a……

“Posizione ottima, sul margine della ZTL, vicino ai parcheggi ma praticamente in centro. La città è piccola quindi si gira tranquillamente a piedi. La camera era di dimensioni adeguate, con tutto quanto necessario (peccato solo la mancanza di aria condizionata, ma considerando l'edificio storico è comprensibile).”
