「Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke...

「Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch.」
