"Room very clean and breakfast very good Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful. A mini fridge would have been an improvement."

"Excellent hotel in a great location, albeit up hill from the harbour. Clean and well appointed room and amenities. The fabulous restaurant had an extensive menu that catered for all tastes, with freshly cooked food, generous potions, quite simply delicious. However, it was the staff that really made this a wonderful hotel to stay in, friendly and helpful, they made you feel welcomed and very much at home."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ambassadeur and would happily return. The location is fantastic, right opposite the beach with beautiful sea views, and it’s only a short bus ride into St Helier, making it an ideal base for exploring Jersey. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always happy to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the evening meals were excellent, with generous portions and great quality. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the cooking and the service. For anyone looking for a friendly, well-run hotel that offers fantastic value in a beautiful seaside location, I couldn’t recommend the Hotel Ambassadeur highly enough. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable—we’re already looking forward to coming back!"
