“Ideal location! Loved everything! ”

“We had a wonderful week on Folly. We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for over 15 years. The weather was perfect, was able to do some inshore fishing. We stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. The accommodations were great, stocked with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and even some toiletries as well as dish detergent and detergent for the dish washer. The property was very clean. The kitchen had recently been remodeled and was very nice. The only negative thing was that one of the elevators……

“We loved this condo. From its location to the condo itself. A short walk to Isle of Palms Marina and Islander 71 restaurant. We will be back!!”

“Plenty of space in living room and kitchen for our group (4 people). Beds were very comfortable. It's about a 10 min walk to King Street, but this area is so cute and we felt very safe. LOVED staying here! ”

“We had an amazing stay here, so much so that we even booked an extra night! This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. We had a small hiccup with the parking passes not being there when we arrived (due to a fill in cleaning crew), but Jerry quickly responded and advised us on what to do to handle the situation. The location was perfect, just far enough out of……

“We had an amazing time at the beach! The property was as described except for fridge/freezer acting “on the fritz”. Hosts communicated timely and explained a new one was on the way this week. Thank you for the opportunity and hope to come back again!”

“The door lock was tricky but staff was helpful. The place is nice and met our needs. It could use new carpet in the bedroom. But loved the veranda!!”

“Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing. Great place overall though……
