“We absolutely loved HarbourView Inn for our quick overnight on our way back up north from florida. I splurged on this hotel since we were traveling Mother’s Day weekend and it was worth every penny. The smell of the lobby, the wine & cheese evening, the cookies and milk, free breakfast in our room. All such fantastic touches. The room was enormous and beds plush. We will absolutely be returning for a longer stay ! ”

“The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. ”

“Not what I was expecting for downtown Charleston, but it didn't have a great rating to begin with so I shouldn't have been surprised. The furniture was worn and stained. The coffee area could only serve one person at a time, comfortably. The Staff was very nice but not very well schooled on customer service.
