We are located on the lower side of Missionary Ridge. The battle of Missionary Ridge was fought here on Nov. 26, 1863. The Confederates camped in the very spot where this house was built in 2016. There is wheelchair access and an empty lot next door for overflow parking. We are pet friendly and have a nice Fenced in yard. My insurance does not allow pitbulls, chows or dobermans or any mixes with these breeds. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room with a washer and dryer in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and soft beds for your sleeping pleasure. I furnish toiletries and Little Debbies and coffee. Downtown Chattanooga is only 2 miles away. Across the street we have Shuffleboard, Horse Shoes, Picnic table with a grill. The garden on the next tear up was on the Hamilton County Master Gardener's Show in 2013. Walk through the garden, enjoy the views of Chattanooga, and sit down by the Mermaid Fountain with goldfish, and let your worries disappear. Relax with your sweet 2 dogs! My insurance does not cover Chows, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans.

This property was such an adorable cottage. It was convenient to Rock City and Lookout Mountain, as well as to Ruby Falls. A bit of a drive to get to the Missionary Train Ride, though. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly; she came over to introduce herself, which I really thought was nice of her to do.

Perfectly sized for a family gathering & we enjoyed the front porch swing. Minor negative was that description mentioned that the house is wheelchair accessible but the master bed is very high and there are no bars near the walk-in shower. Host lives nearby and made sure to welcome us in person. Home is well-positioned to drive to different parts of Chattanooga area.

Home was comfy and just what the listing said. The owner was super nice and stopped in to say hello which is always a nice personal touch. The house was super spacious and definitely spent time a lot on the couch. This house wasnt lacking in supplies we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time with our family for my son’s birthday! Close proximity to all the fun stuff we did! She definitely has everything you need stocked - was even some food items left over. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and cooked some really good meals.

Like visiting a friend's house!

We stayed here with my son, granddaughter, friend, and two dogs for the weekend on our way to Gatlinburg. This home is exactly as the photos portray it. The home was very clean, spacious, and so comfortable and homey. I honestly felt like we were visiting a friend's house. The home is very well stocked, so much so that Tammy spoiled us for the next VRBO we went on to! :) We did call on Tammy twice for little things that turned out to be user error but she came right over and she was lovely. We really enjoyed talking with her. The surrounding area is more industrial and is going through gentrification but the street is quiet and we felt safe. Downtown is just a few minutes away and it's about a 15-minute drive to the attractions at Lookout Mountain. I would suggest coming in from Dodd's Rd, especially at night because the other way in has a very sharp turn and hill that's a little challenging in the dark. That could just be the Florida in me talking though! I would highly recommend this property and on our next visit to Chattanooga, we will definitely be staying in one of Tammy's properties again.
