「Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. No refreshing of towels while staying there for 5 days. At night the raccoons were on the rooftop and broke a whole in the palm leaves. 」

Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation.
