"Great hotel, absolutely loved it, only down fall was the bed was very hard and the floors where very dusty so my feet was getting dirty quick but apart from this I absolutely loved it and also the breakfast was very good and great variety of stuff and definitely plenty of healthy options. "

"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"Really liked this hotel. Location was perfect and hotel was well appointed and very comfortable. The only negative we had was, as older people, having to take a detour to get an elevator down (escalator up, long staircase down) and one day both available elevators were out of order!"
