「Was disappointed, I have mobility problems & lift going down was not working. Beds didn't get made so tea, coffee etc didnt get topped up. No instructions how heating worked, no fire exit instructions. Corridors didn't get hoovered. Needs good refurbishment. Plenty of parking so not a problem. 」

「The staff was very friendly. They provided an extra pillow and blanket to make me extra comfortable. Check in was ready she convenient. Only owed $3.50 city tax. Room had full shower and comfortable but smaller bed. Would highly recommend and also in a very good area. Team minutes to the cathedral and the train station.」

「Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. 」
