「Breakfast was great and the complimentary afternoon snack was a nice surprise.」

「only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.」

「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「各方面都滿意」

「We loved this spot! The staff were so friendly, the bed was really comfortable, and it’s located in a really convenient area. The rooms were stocked with coffee and a French press. It’s dog friendly and the lawn is really well maintained. The hot tub/heated pool was so nice in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again!」

「Authentic Victorian home in Victoria! Clean and quiet. The breakfast is impressive.」

「Many thanks to the inner keepers. we had a great time staying at this inn. It's clean, and coveniently close to every place which we need to visit on the trip.」

We reported it to the front desk immediately and proposed to switch another room. He suggested to refresh the room again as the hotel was fully booked. After around 30 minutes, we accessed to the room again. There were some small flys but we thought it was acceptable as we have no choice. However at 9:30pm,...

「The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and scenic spots are within walking distance.」

「Very noisy!!!」

「Great location for walking around downtown Victoria. Nicely appointed interior and very quiet rooms. Good value overall」

「Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.」

「海景房景觀非常棒，房間新又乾淨，因為屬於日本APA集團所以也有日本免治馬桶的設施，很令人驚喜👍👍👍」
