“We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.”

“We wanted a close getaway for Mel's Birthday. We found this GEM right off the river in Pagosa Springs! House was amazing! Had all the kitchen things you need. The pantry and fridge had most of the basic groceries already. The house is 2 blocks from thehot springs. Everything you want to do, just minutes away. Price was super reasonable. We stayed 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay! Property owner was awesome to work with! Thank You!!!!”

“First of all the adobe is historical and old! But redone in an extremely tasteful way! Exposed beams and a fireplace. We sat outside after 10pm and the star gazing could not be beat! We saw a shooting star and then we heard coyotes sound off - the whole mountain experience came together. In the morning it was coffee on the patio and we watched elk. We could hear the cows and saw the horses from the working ranch around us. All in all, a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!”

“The house was clean and comfortable. I do agree with the few other reviews about the temperature. The upstairs was warm because there isn’t A/C. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Easy check in too.”
