「Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

「Ocean front room was perfection! Watching the sun rise over the ocean from bed, having breakfast served on the patio while watching the waves, listening to the sounds of the surf while drifting off to sleep all made the trip magical! All the staff were lovely, food and drinks were delicious and perfect location on the beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax.」

「Un desastre al llegar... no hay quien te reciba, te mandan una clave, que a mi nunca me funciono, estuve 2 horas afuera esperanfo, como esta alejado, no hay señal, tuve que regresar al pue lo para intentar comunicarme, nunca me contestaron, el telefono que tienen esta fuera de servicio...el lugar no tenia ningun servicio y no habia nadie para resolver, afortunadamente llego una persona que nos reubivo a otro lugar, nos mandaron un tipo hostal (casa ambar) que esta mucho mucho mejor... este lugar...

「Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal. There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return. 」

「My husband and I just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary with CoCo Unlimited. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite March 2nd - March 9th. Our stay was absolutely incredible! The staff was very attentive and super friendly! Our room was very clean and inviting. The property was beautiful & very peaceful. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. We walked to dinner each evening and really enjoyed the proximity of the resort to shops and local hot spots. We look forward to returning next...

「Staff on beach side are rude, no service. Jungle rooms tin roof animals playing on roof all night, no sleep, open light along the edges of walls, toilet on a huge slant, can barley get into shower and the bed is on a huge pallet, plus the deck outside leading onto the rooms is a toe breaker there are holes and heaving boards everywhere finally 7 am very noisy spot. 」

「Such a cute little space. Found some interesting creatures in the room but we sort of expected that being where it is. Other than that, we loved the space, location, the wonderful workers and the outdoor kitchen. It does get quite loud from the club across so when you go, expect that but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely go back! (And buy better ear plugs) 😅」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced despite extensive international travel. The biggest issue was safety and connectivity. There was essentially no Wi-Fi and almost no cellular reception, making it extremely difficult — and honestly concerning — to contact anyone, get directions, or access help when needed. 「A perfect place to relax - massages were excellent and food is equally as good. Ziggys dinner was not that great- fish under cooked and shrimp soggy and when we mentioned it to the waiter he just said “sorry” and never offered to take it off the menu. It was expensive and. It worth the price. breakfast at both restaurants were excellent. Fresh everything! 」
