The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim ...

The apartments are spacious, clean and modern. The pool is beautiful and a calm, welcoming space to chill out while on holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything needed. They were very kind and happy.

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. From the over priced food to lack of communication. To having my room flooded simply because the drainage system wasn’t up to date. I then tried to call the front desk but there is no one to help you once it hits 10 pm. They add gratuity to every meal ...
