「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」

Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. 「I went with my partner and we loved our room. The food at the sushi bar and tago restaurant was really good. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us tun down service every night with sweet treats. The shower was the best shower out of the 4 hotels we visited on this trip. Great water pressure, spacious and the quality of the water was so good. Skin felt smooth and not dried out. They offered wash clothes, robes, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. 「The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. The beach was clean and well maintained. Given that it was seaweed season, there was an employee raking and clearing it every morning and going over the sand with a rake...
