“Leí diferentes opiniones,pero en lo personal el hotel fue bueno, no es muy moderno,pero para mi fue muy comodo junto con su alberca. Pero los cenotes me encantaron,ignoro porque dicen que parece un balneario, será por la cantidad de gente que va, pero tienen mucho personal que esta cuidando los cenotes y eso me gusta. Lo que pueden hacer es llegar desde que abren y disfrutar desde temprano.”

“We were looking for a remote quiet get away and it was perfect for that. Beautiful sunrises, great weather, calming waves. Just what we were looking for. They warned us taxis to the location were expensive and they were right. Plan to spend $100 a day just to leave the facility. The facility is a bit dated and doesn’t look quite a nice as the website photos. Still it was perfect for us. ”

“I had a fantastic time in Copal. They had complimentary parking but you could also rent a bike if you wanted. I ate in the gastrobar for breakfast and lunch, food was very good and prices were normal for what’s in the area. I stayed in a 1 bedroom jungle view room. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very peaceful, the staff is amazing. We mostly dealt with Johnny and he was so nice, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and overall a really welcoming presence. “Hotel muy tranquilo. Lo único que no me gustó que el desayuno estuvo muy light, sin opciones para cambiar una bebida por otra y el mesero no te ofrece refill de café. Nos tocó café frío y muy cargado. El precio fue alto en relación a lo que incluye”
