“Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five……

“The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ……

Watching the sun rise over the ocean from bed, having breakfast served on the patio while watching the waves, listening to the sounds of the surf while drifting off to sleep all made the trip magical! All the staff were lovely, food and drinks were delicious and perfect location on the beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax.”

“I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. “Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal. There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return. ”

“El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.”
