"We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning! The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves — the perfect combination for both relaxing and enjoying the water. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Every meal was delicious, and they even had an asado one night which was so fun! What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders and servers throughout the resort were incredibly kind, funny, and attentive — always making sure everyone was having a great time and feeling taken care of. I truly have zero complaints. I loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Secrets Tulum exceeded every expectation and delivered a perfect vacation experience."

"Ivy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Additionally, Max was fun to talk to and super helpful with any questions that we had. Even though my friend and I speak Spanish, all of the hotel staff seemed to be pretty bilingual and able to communicate in English if needed. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that, but the food at the Copal Bistro Restaurant (the one in the hotel) was really good. The pasta and salmon that we ordered were excellent. A little bit on the pricier side, but good food, nonetheless. The hotel was clean and room service changed our sheets every day and cleaned the bathroom and emptied the trash. No complaints there. Even though we didn’t use it, the room came with pans to cook in, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, toaster, and most things needed to cook. If I ever go back to Tulum, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend others to stay there."

"My daughter and I stayed here at this place for a month, and let me just say it is EXACTLY what we needed! Rooftop terrace was an absolute bliss, surrounded by peace and nature. Place is very spacious, fully equipped and management was very helpful! Definitely recommend if you just want to escape and connect with nature. Also, they have a nice gym. "

"Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car."
