We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. 「Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. 「Très bel hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, avec une vraie good vibe dès l’arrivée. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre-ville animé, tout en conservant un calme absolu. 「Sargassum is really bad, beware, but nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom walls could use some scrubbing, but it's and industrial/rustic vibe to it. Check in was fairly easy - we didn't do breakfast every morning, but pretty sure we were charged for it, regardless. Breakfast is not on premise - it's at another hotel and has a few options, but you can only pick one, not a breakfast bar or buffet, but a small plate. More like a breakfast snack. You'll definitely need to seek lunch out.」
