“Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and……

“I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for……

“Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.”

“Hermosa propiedad, habitación acogedora y con un staff excelente! Ubicación céntrica a los mejores restaurantes!”

“A charming stay in Tulum. Clean, excellent food, chill beach vibes, and staff was extremely attentive. David, our fav waiter, knew our names and orders by Day. 2. This is a total gem and I’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something.……

“The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip.”

“The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is……

“Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them……

“Staying at Nômade temple is like entering another world, Drumming music softly plays as you enter the hotel by walking into a jungle and following the pathways to a charming room, decorated in a Moroccan style. Everything is comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. On-site food is delicious; the hotel is located on a pristine beach that has two restaurants. The third restaurant, the Macondo, was only open the first night and was a beautiful environment. Its menu was……

“En general esta muy bonito el hotel, el acceso puede ser algo complicado pero creo y hay manera de llegar por calle pavimentada, el personal la señorita de la recepción del hotel muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Me encantaría este lugar con el roof y un bonito restaurante para ver el atardecer Si reservaría para hospedarme en esta propiedad nuevamente.”

“This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough……
