“Clean room, stunning views, courteous staff. The only downside is that the private mini pool on the roof takes forever to fill and the water is not hot, but it’s not a hot tub so it’s ok. Yoga in the morning with Maria was awesome! Will be coming back for sure”

“This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!”

“The room was amazing! AC worked very well! It was clean! Housekeeping was great! They were very quick to help get us other things we needed and also suggested a few things to do around town. Hot water worked great, just had to let it warm up for about 5minutes! Super affordable too! ”

“Third time staying here and still an amazing resort but couldn’t help to notice they are slowly losing their personal touches that made it so special.
1st time was in 2023 and met with smiling faces, valet parking, gift package in the room. 2nd time 2024 all the same with a nice gift bag with sun screen, aloe and bug spray. 3rd time 2025, no valet, no gift bag, friendliest was dwindling and when asked for my car, they gave me my keys and said it’s in the dirt parking lot out back and I can get……

“The Beach Tulum Hotel is fantastic, it is super clean, the staff is absolutely superb and they go out of their way to help you. The amenities are superb with daily Yoga, and great services such as Hydrotherapy and Massage. Their steam room, dry suana, and hot and cold plunge pools are fantastic, and they give you one complimentary Hydrotherapy session.
They even gave me another Hydrotherapy session on an alternate day when I could not do it as part of the massage, as it was included in all……

“I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took!
When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome drinks, a full tour, and the whole property is gorgeous. It’s right in the hotel zone but……
