“這是一間非常特別的旅館，阿拉伯風味，裡面裝飾非常獨特乾淨，處處可見旅館主人的細心與品味，我們在私人房間裡游泳泡澡非常享受，大床也很舒適，很適合情人夫妻來此度假，我們這次共訂三個房間，大家都非常喜歡，唯一缺點是剛開始找不到地方，沒有門牌及旅館名稱，進去後像叢林，check in 地方有点簡陋，石子路上有許多螞蟻，我朋友鞋子跑進大螞蟻被咬的很痛，但仍不減我對這環境的喜歡，去市區及瑪雅遺跡都只要十幾分鐘非常便利，推薦來圖盧姆一定不要錯過它”

“Villa Sanah is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. To begin, their rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it any justice. My room had a private pool, and the aesthetic was minimalistic luxury done right (great photos ops). My entire stay with them was calm and serene. Their staff was available via whatsapp which made communication ideal. I stayed here last week for a last minute work trip, so I needed car service, scooter rental, and a restaurant onsite, which they had and……

“The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.”

“We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!”

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

“Staff were amazing, so attentive and helped to book a few trips which turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The room was spotless and throughly cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it. It was a 20 min walk from centre but we didn’t mind that, as it felt like a quiet oasis away from the noise. Having access to Bardo and Milam pools was an added bonus as both had better pools and food than Una Vida (but Una Vida is half the price!) - would 100% recommend to anyone. ”
