“這是一間非常特別的旅館，阿拉伯風味，裡面裝飾非常獨特乾淨，處處可見旅館主人的細心與品味，我們在私人房間裡游泳泡澡非常享受，大床也很舒適，很適合情人夫妻來此度假，我們這次共訂三個房間，大家都非常喜歡，唯一缺點是剛開始找不到地方，沒有門牌及旅館名稱，進去後像叢林，check in 地方有点簡陋，石子路上有許多螞蟻，我朋友鞋子跑進大螞蟻被咬的很痛，但仍不減我對這環境的喜歡，去市區及瑪雅遺跡都只要十幾分鐘非常便利，推薦來圖盧姆一定不要錯過它”

“I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! “Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five……

“It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the……
