“Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,……

“This wonderful spot and we had a fantastic time. The cabins are clean, beds and sheets are soft and the beach is spectacular. The food and service is excellent. It’s different than your typical vacation spot. By the time we left the staff and other guests felt like friends and family. And there are cats!! ”

“I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. The staff is very friendly, our cleaning lady was cleaning the room thoroughly and making the bed every day, she was also always changing out our bath and beach……

“L’emplacement de cet hotel est parfait, sa proximite de la plage (il est sur la plage) et son decor raffine. Le personnel est tres attentionne. Les serviettes de plage et celles dams le chambres de meme que les draps pourraient etre changes. Ils ne donnent pas la meilleure impression de l’etablissement. “Very disappointing stay I stayed at Casa Gitano after booking through Expedia. Our room had a serious bug problem with numerous insects inside. The bugs were everywhere on our clothes. The sink in our room was clogged, and staff had to come fix it. Shortly after, the hot water stopped working, and we were left having to use cold water. The pool was extremely dirty with sand and debris floating on the surface, and we were told it would take several days to clean, which they should have taken……
