Although from the moment I checked in - I was told I would be in a different room which sort of upset me - they offered us a welcome mimosa and then told me we would be in a different room which made me happier and they told us we would be moved to the original room by day 2 of our stay. “My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Sana Tulum Hotel. We've traveled quite a bit together and it's all in the details for us. We had valet service throughout our stay, complimentary welcome drinks, our room was serviced twice a day, the check-in and out process was pleasant including the chilled hand towels they offer (scented with rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils) to freshen up throughout the day. “We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.”

“Sargassum is really bad, beware, but nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom walls could use some scrubbing, but it's and industrial/rustic vibe to it. Check in was fairly easy - we didn't do breakfast every morning, but pretty sure we were charged for it, regardless. Breakfast is not on premise - it's at another hotel and has a few options, but you can only pick one, not a breakfast bar or buffet, but a small plate. More like a breakfast snack. You'll definitely need to seek lunch out.”

“If you are looking, stop here! I have been to Tulum atleast 20 times over the last 8 years and this was by far my best stay. PERFECT location with many options. On site services are great. Views and rooms are breathtaking. The only dislike I had was that eating options close early and don’t open until 9a. However, it is so close to many food options that it’s not a problem but will inconvenience you slightly. I will be staying again.”
