「位置ok，離市中心及機場不太遠，適合夜機過一晚夜，附近有餐廳超市，但因晚上9時先到達酒店，超市及大部份餐廳已關，車輛可免費停泊，我住的是雙人大床房，有露台，空間足夠，但設施老舊，房內東西很多塵埃，不太整潔，沒有拖鞋及牙刷牙膏! 價錢尚可! 如入住一晚都會推薦!」

「We loved how close it was to the train station, a huge convince for myself visiting perth for work in the city. The hosts were the most friendly and welcoming I have ever experienced in 10 years of short stays. Great kitchen with views in all directions.」

「Quite & peaceful area. Close proximity to city & train. Walking distance to river & parks for children. ‘Bayswater Waves’ close by for swimming in the suburb of Bayswater. Loads of room in unit for a family. Mail box needs to be secured into ground & some minor details to wall in corridor needs attention. Front burner on stove needing attention. Overall a lovely place to stay!」
