“Unfortunately after paying for a last minute room in this lovely looking apartment, the host refused to send confirmation of the account for the deposit and then told me it was too late to send the deposit and cancelled my booking stating that the room was non-refundable and had refused to refund me. I am sure that the place is lively as described, but be warned about the hosts being able to cancel last minute and then refuse a refund. ”

“Was in a GREAT location! Took us a while to find the entrance, the video was super helpful! Communication was excellent, and apartment was clean. Couldn’t find more toilet roll/kitchen paper and one of the sinks were blocked. Also the fridge and one of the fans wasn’t working so our drinks did warm up and on a hot day that wasn’t great but overall it was a lovely stay - would deffo recommend ”

“Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t not suitable for us to stay when we arrived.The building is rundown with flickering lights and a strong smell of weed. Although the flat was cleaner and more presentable the smell of cannabis came through the vents as these were broken, including the extractor in the bathroom. There were also flickering lights in the bathroom and one of the sliding windows in the living room had a gap and doesn’t close properly, letting the cold in. The owner was responsive……

"This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip."
