“Such a lovely hotel, highly recommend. I was looking for accommodation whilst I attended a weekend event at Sandown race course. Traveling as a lone female I felt very comfortable with my choice, I was greeted by a friendly Irish man who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was large and very beautifully decorated. There was a coffee machine with a selection of pods, also fresh milk in the fridge and a pot of fresh cookies which is such a nice touch. Lovely toiletries. The bed was big and……

“Comfort room and nice staff but a little bit far from the station”

“Very slow service - or understaffed. Had to go several time to the bar during dinner to ask for something. But they did not forget to put a 12% service charge on the bill. I'm happy with that as long as the service is there but not if the service is that slow. Nice room but a very dirty shower. The corners of the sliding door were disgusting. If I was going to make any kind of criticism, it would be a tiny one & it's something I've found at many hotels - the duvet covers are often larger than the duvets, so when the duvet is laid on the bed there is an untidy gathering & creasing of the underside of the duvet cover. “Nice food,great rooms”

“I stayed for one night, and it was wonderful! I asked for a quiet room, and they made sure mice stay was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding too! ”
