“Great location for walking to George Street”

“Perfect for a quick stay and left us wanting to stay longer.”

“Too noisy. Didnt know the house was shared. Neighbors tv was on all night and loud. The other had a dog crying. Left early and checked into the Best Western.”

“Excellent location on beach great for two people. Enjoyed visit. Portaro’s communication was great. House needs new sliding glass door (function and appearance). A little warm- ACs barely keep up. Our second stay and would likely go back if issues addressed. Again, location and beach access is perfect.”

“Everything was perfect! Would most definitely stay with this host again!”

“Extremely convenient location, wonderful bathroom and kitchen spaces. Very comfortable. Excellent communication.”

“Cozy, comfortable and convenient. This place is well done and everything you need for a great stay in St A!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was clean, quiet and quaint. A very nice location near restaurants and grocery. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Did not like the late 4pm check in and early 10am check out.”

“Nice spacious house with all the amenities and parking! You can basically walk to everything but not the beach. Very easy and lots to do.”

“Perfect for what we needed!!”

“Great place to stay. Short walk to the middle of St. Augustine. Penny was a wonderful host! We would definitely book again.”

“Great location and walking distance to everything. Just was extremely accommodating”

“The house is walking distance to all the things you want to see and do while in St.Augustine. Place is very quant and cozy with all the amenities you need. The host is very quick to respond with any questions you may have also.”

“Was a nice little apartment and close to the downtown area. Would recommend!”

“The property was excellent. Everything it was advertised to be! Slightly smaller than we anticipated but not so small to be any kind of a problem. Overall we were very happy and satisfied. Kitchen was great, balcony was great, very clean, and incredible location. The only problem we had was with parking. We paid for a leased spot a 2 minute walk away. The location and safety of the spot is excellent and well worth the money. The problem is the individual spots aren’t monitored regularly. We had……

“Host is very accommodating and the apartment was made safe for visitors with fragrance allergies. Attractive riverside neighborhood and Riverwalk nearby.”

“I had to wait 20 minutes at checkin for employee to show. The key did not work. The rekey did not work. Receptionist went with us to program our door lock and could not do so. Thus we never had a workable key. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels or wash cloths, no toilet paper, no TV remote. Each time I went to office, I had to wait 5-15 minutes for receptionist because she was busy supplying others like us. Once I got a remote, the TV did not work. The bath tub had scum in it. The toilet……

“Easy to walk into town. Perfect place if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. Nice porch area to relax. Quiet and safe neighborhood. A brewery and winery with a rooftop nearby and a few other neat places just a few blocks away. Make sure you visit the fort.”

“Perfect location for exploring downtown, all within walking distance and close enough to run "home" to regroup or shower, etc. Towne Trolley has a stop just a few steps away for notable museums and history. Excellent communication, comfortable bed, nice and cool.”
