"Pool was broken! Some of the staff were rude! Never answered the phone at the front desk. Omelette station was good! Parking gates were broken. "

"We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool and this was the only reason we could get our daughter to come in this trip. . When we got here and went to our room 606 it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, the staff was accommodating and switched us immediately to 604. When we went the pool and entered in, staff said pool was closed and we were not allowed to be in there. Staff was great everything else not so much.. "

I was given a room with dirty glasses, a flooded shower and multiple other problems. When I asked for a room change they moved me to a downgraded room, which was not what I asked for and thought they would give me a partial refund but was sadly mistaken. Overall my stay was not good. "
