“Very much enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Front of house were helpful and professional. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Dining options were great. Location was perfect for people visiting the Pleasure Beach, and due to the ourdoor area, we were able to have supper outside underneath The Big One. Will stay again ”

“We had a good stay at The Carousel. It was nicer than I had thought it might be. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Not the greatest views from the family rooms but then we were only there a night and spent most of our time out. We ate dinner at the hotel. They were able to accommodate a large party last minute. Whilst there were quite a few of us the other diners had already finished so it was only us in the dining room but it still took at least 45 minutes to be served. Nice breakfast. Would……

“ We arrived, and I was wary because when I booked,it was quite cheap! However, on arrival, we were rather early so we could only register, not book in. The young man Dawid was extremely polite. we were shocked at first, as I hadn't noticed in the reservation description, that a £50 deposit per room was taken, and was returned as we checked out, an older gentleman who was in attendance at the time said just take for one room, we obviously looked honest, and perhaps were older than the normal……

“The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much”
