「Everything is as advertised. Very very clean house that's actually on the water. It was easy to supervise our kids on the beach so we could relax. I thought it was going to be rockier on the beach and it was really a good mix of sand and pebbles. Bring water shoes and you have a great, safe area to swim. Any beach neighbors that we had shared the beach wonderfly. You could spend each day at the beach in the backyard but we took a trip to nearby Hammonasset Beach State Park that had a great swim...

Communication was excellent, the home was clean and had all of the essentials for a quiet, peaceful week away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
