"Stephen and Judy are wonderful. The woman who works in the mornings had a confirmation number, however the room was booked on your Expedia and I had called her to give her my rewards number. My boyfriend and I have been frequent test of this property, however this woman had a separate reservation when the night was already paid for, and my checkout was not until noon I made multiple attempts to pay over the phone and when I had gotten back, she’d acted as though I was kicked out of the room when I had booked it with my rewards I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life"

"Kennedy at the desk is a gem and very helpful! The pool being closed was disappointing because I was traveling with my daughter. The hot tub was in decent shape but could use some help with the jets. "
