“TV’s where inoperable ”

“We were in town for my child’s competition and Trevor was so accommodating with out check in needs. The location is wonderful!! Very close to grocery, the cutest donut/ice cream shop, as well as a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!”

“By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!”

“Property included lots of activities for families - shuffleboard, table tennis and indoor pool were our favorites. Everything was clean and stocked ( pots, extra bedding) and included free laundry machines! ”

“This property is wonderful. A short 2-3 min walk to the private access beach . We went at the close of winter /early spring and the weather was still cold for beach. There were a few small aspects that can be improved 1. The towels provided were too small . 2. The cleaning supplies such as additional trash bags / Dish soap / Paper towels / Laundry Tabs / Bath tissues were very limited to non existent (Dishwasher detergent was available). I knew that there wasn't a firepit / hot-tub but……

“Although we were a little surprised we were expected to bring our own toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, and kitchen towels, we were well-informed that they were needed, and were prepared. The duplex itself was clean and well maintained. The other side was not occupied, so it was quiet. A house is being built on the adjacent property, though, and construction noise, although not excessively loud, was present throughout the day. “It was clean and a great location. Outside could use some cleaning and parking was a narrow gravel spot,but overall it was fine and as advertised.”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……
