“This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again.”

“This was our first time staying in a place that provided most of what we needed. You can tell that Emily thought about everything that a family would need when being on vacation. We had plenty of towels/washcloths, there was liquid soap & shampoo in the shower. The kitchen had everything in it ☺️ food was the only thing we had to purchase. The laundry room was well stocked. Books and Board games available in the living room (we definitely enjoyed playing one of the games). The beds were……

Everything about the cottage was charming and we both enjoyed ourselves immensely. The tranquil setting, tiny beach and wildlife just added to the experience. My husband took lots of lovely pictures while I enjoyed a book under the trees. We had amazing meals in the village of Gloucester Courthouse and antiquing in nearby Mathews. “We had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed everything this house had to offer. There were so many thoughtful details (fire pit, bikes, coffee, dog treats and on and on). We loved fishing off the dock and the fully fenced in yard was a huge hit for our fur baby. We can't say enough good things and would love to come back!”
