"Great location and beach but room was less than desirable but didnt spend much time there so made do. Could not leave the room without walking thru sand so nights out, you still had to go thru sand being dressed for the evening."

"Loved our stay at Nautibeach! The Mayan restaurant there was very good. Really nice location to stay in as well. Within a 5 min walk you’re already near lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was always kept very clean. Definitely recommend. I had a garden view."

"Our first time on the island and we had a wonderful vacation for a group of five. We appreciated walkability to nice restaurants, access to the pool and the AC in the unit. We chose to walk to a beach area where we could spread out a blanket, rent chaises and an umbrella and swim in a larger public area of sea. The water is gorgeous and the unit does have a lovely view especially as the sun starts to set. Since we didn't have access to a dryer and the beach towels didn't dry on the balcony with the humidity, a second set of beach towels would have been helpful. We used two entire containers of water so that was a much needed necessity. Filling it in a pitcher to keep in the fridge overnight would have been helpful since the ice did not fit in our water bottles. Fans needed dusted but other than that we had no issues and were satisfied with our stay. Enjoyed playing the board game smart ass that was in the condo, lol"

"We recently stayed at Nabalam Suite Room Pros: Clean room housekeeping came everyday to clean our room steps to the beach Free basic breakfast Cold ac Clean towels everyday Walking distance to many restaurants Walking distance to Hidalgo Street Felt safe Cons: Old old outdated room was not happy Loud music into the night Weak shower Room smelled very old and stale my nose would get stuffed every night. Drawers provided for clothes smelled horrible and old. Beds are horrible. One of the bed mattresses has coil springs coming out! Dips into the middle. All three bed mattresses need replacing. They are hard!!!! Felt like the flinstones bed rock. Our bodies were sore everyday from the mattresses. Our friends stayed at the master suite (rooms 9 & 11). This is where we will be staying for the future. That room is very well updated with modern furniture. The bed is hard though. I don’t know what it is out in Isla but every Airbnb and Hotel have horrible mattresses All in all I would go again for the convenience of steps to the beach and walking distance to places."

"The condo was absolutely perfect and the entire check in/out process was very smooth. Cheema also took care of added extras like coordinating a taxi to ferry and golf cart. It was really nice to have someone on the island that cared about making sure we had a great experience. The location is amazing with the best beach area on Playa Norte."
