“Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. “Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep……

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……
