「The hotel was very charming and access to the beach and pool could not have been better.」

「The king room looking over the ocean was nice -- simple but clean and had all we needed. The bed was good but we didn't love the pillows. The pool with a bar on sight was nice but it would have been better if there were a few more lounge chairs. We were happy with the included breakfast and to find the water cooler to fill our water bottles (in the laundry room). The beach was not crowded but had a lot of seaweed. Overall good for the price. We did pay extra for parking and to rent beach...

「We got there early gave the lady at the t desk our info and said we will be back at check in which was 4. Got back at 3:55 she said room not ready I said ok will it be at 4 which is check in time she said don't know we are busy. I was not happy we did get in our room at 4:20 Room was nice ocean view but was disappointed that there was poop on the tilt and fridge had some red stuff in it that spilled and microwave was not cleaned 」

「Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd.」

「When me and my family were getting the run around from this website about our booking the hotel manager worked with me the entire time instead of making me pay double time. Very sweet people.」
