“We booked this place because of its stellar reviews and were a bit disappointed after leaving. I messaged the host twice - once regarding a power issue (which we found out was locally in the city and not just the house) and another about the wifi that didn’t work at all. I never received an acknowledgment that they read the message. I do understand that we stayed in between two major holidays, but a reply regarding issues at a property that guests were actively staying at would have been……

“Loved the location. Close to trails especially West Fork plus a community trail out the back door. Close to Sedona for all the great dining and shopping but away from the traffic. All communication with property manager, maintenance manager, and groundskeeper was easy and answered quickly.”
