"Everything about this resort is amazing. The staff is super nice. Shout out to Nia and Ari at the front desk. Had some issues with the key to the room and wanting to extend my stay an extra night and they took care of everything with no problems. Pools are great. Service is great. Bed is amazing. Super clean. Will be coming back for another stay!"

"The staff was very welcoming at check in. Parking on property was $12 per day. The room was clean. We did have 3 cockroaches in our room, however that is common around the beach and all were found on the floor. I would recommend this as a fantastic place to stay. Being right off the boardwalk/beach was awesome and made it easy to go to the beach and find a quick bite to eat. The pool is small, but clean. We will be returning in the future."

"The friendly staff here is the stand out element. Location is great and the beach is well managed. Room cleaning was completely substandard. We didn’t the learn the pool was being closed down for repairs until AFTER we booked and we didn’t know the ground floor was under renovation. We didn’t appreciate 830am construction noise Monday. This is a very kid friendly hotel. It’s a bit overwhelming for folks with no kids actually."

"We mostly enjoyed the breakfast. It was excellent and the great service from the staff. The water pressure and air conditioner were great too. It was also very nice to have the water bottles included. Beds and pillows were okay. The rooms were spacious enough but could use a remodeling with more drawer/cabinet space and charging ports. Luckily, we brought our own charging tower. There were kids screaming, diving, and splashing in the pool the whole time. The pool area had a large space with loungers and umbrellas. There were plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby and also drink machines and snacks available in the lobby. A covered parking building was convenient with entrance through the back."

"My stay was relaxing. I felt comfortable and safe on the beach at any time of day, especially at night. My room was clean and everything worked properly (and appeared as advertised). When the staff was on site, they were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I’m from Miami and would definitely book again, when I need to get away!!!! Local food options are not the best so plan ahead and you will need transportation."
