No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! “10min walk from the beach (may be hard for older folks). Great room, very modern! Had usb plugs, clean room, and great service. Only down side is that the shower is really out dated. Everything from the lobby to the room and downstairs restaurant is great but the shower is an eye sore. ”

“Stayed for one night, the apartment was comfortable. The one downside to checking in was the timing was quite late at 5pm. however as it’s was only one night, and the complex is huge, I tried to walk to reception twice in the space of 90 minutes upon checking into my room and became completely lost. As a solo traveller, being right at the top of the hill in the back end of nowhere, I didn’t feel the safest throughout the night. Pros: attentive and professional staff, prompt service, cleanliness of hotel and room, room insulation( for a hotel packed with kids, we never heard a peep while we were in our rooms), activities for kids, hotel shuttle that brings you to Old Town and the beach, variety of food, hours that meals were served, attention to detail (toiletries for kids, pillows for kids, water fountains and cups in every floor, kid-sized toilets and stools to reach the sink in the Kids……

“Het gebouw en de zwembaden worden redelijk onderhouden. Dezelfde gebreken als 2 / 3 jaar terug nog niet gerepareerd. Verder eigenlijk te weinig ligbedden waardoor er weer handdoekje leggen geblazen is als je bij het zwembad wil liggen. Vriendelijk personeel en prima poolbar. Niet geschikt voor minder validen. ”
