“This is an amazing property! Great beach and pool areas. I assume it gets really crowded in July and August. June the crowds were manageable. All restaurants and bars were good. Easy ride into Old Town Family friendly with kids areas and pizza restaurant option. Good for grandparents also, although a lot of walking if you want yo get down to beach. “Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. “This was our 3rd stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos, it has made some changes this time in the general decor. We found that the bedrooms sadly lack storage, only one drawer plus the bedside tables not conducive to the overall “look” we felt. Reception area was bland plus the staff were hidden behind a very high desk. “Stayed for one night, the apartment was comfortable. The one downside to checking in was the timing was quite late at 5pm. however as it’s was only one night, and the complex is huge, I tried to walk to reception twice in the space of 90 minutes upon checking into my room and became completely lost. As a solo traveller, being right at the top of the hill in the back end of nowhere, I didn’t feel the safest throughout the night. “We enjoyed very much! the kids had fun in a safe environment. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and work hard to keep the hotel clean and guests entertained. The food was very good, divers, constantly replenished, with a seperate kids corner. For the kids it was also easy to get their snacks, drinks and ice cream whenever they wanted at different spots.
