“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We ate lunch in the clubhouse which was nice. The spa area was well presented and clean. Definitely worth a visit. The room was clean apart from the cobwebs. High dusting required. Bed was comfy enough. We had one of the older rooms. It was all perfectly adequate. The only criticism is the weird noises. Not produced by people but perhaps bad plumbing or extractors. This happened in the late evening several times and then in the……

“Definitely a place to remember and unwind after a busy time of work, whether that be holding which we hadn’t tried or enjoying a very nice view while having a drink to enjoying a relaxing time in their swimming pool. The food was spot on, affordable to the time we spend there. Definitely will return in the near future for another well needed time away from work.”

“We spent a pleasant night here with a very spacious room and comfortable bed, although the bathroom felt a touch old-fashioned. Our evening meals, in the bar, were OK, nothing special, although service was quite slow, and for some reason we couldn’t use a Greene King drink voucher despite it being a Greene King pub ! Breakfast selection the following morning was good and the smoked salmon and scrambled egg, freshly cooked from the hot menu, was excellent. Parking is in a courtyard behind the……

“We had a fantastic stay at Le Bouchon. Our room was lovely and clean with a big bed which was very comfortable. Full english breakfast in the morning was one of the best I have had! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“This was the 4th time staying at the George and for the last 2 times ive a room with a very small tv. So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good. Next time unless i have a room with the bigger tv screen i wont be able to book. Neil”
