“Fantastic stay in Old Naples. Kate provided excellent communication and the property was as listed. Very clean, good AC, and enough kitchen supplies to be comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella provided for. The advertised noise from the construction across the street was actually quite minimal. The only reason I would not give this property a 10, is that despite its fabulous location in walking distance to Third St and the beach, it is on a VERY busy corner with a 4 way……

“Our family had a wonderful time at Naples Bay Resort. The hosts Alan and Greg were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about the property or area before I arrived. The cottage was as pictured online also very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The check in instructions were thorough and extra helpful. The resort and shuttle staff were very friendly. The shuttle was quick and available whenever needed, they provided towels, beach chairs and umbrellas in……

“The Coquina Sands property is so perfectly situated, 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to 3rd avenue shops and restaurants. Everything you would expect and WAY more is provided, including beach chairs, umbrella, a Yeti cooler bag and ice bags! The place was spotless. We booked both the Main House and Cottage C for 6 adults and it was perfect!”

“It was nice being able to park car in garage. Loved having a pool. Walk was a little further than expected. Place is close to beach but an exhausting walk in the humidity and heat. Uber it. Need at least one umbrella on back patio by the pool.”
