We have stayed at larger houses to accommodate 10 people that did not have half the kitchen equipment this house has! Marion is wonderful to work with, is so responsive and gave us several great recommendations for golf and restaurants in the area. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and we LOVED the hot tub. Exactly as described in the listing. 10 mins walk to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach with sugar sand and……

“Beautiful well maintained property. Very clean, fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen pots and pans to beach gear - it's all there and like new. The house is very comfortable, modern, and well located. It's essentially a brand new house. We walked several times to nearby shopping and dinner. A short drive to the beach.We've stayed at Marco Island a few times now and this house has been our favorite. Would definitely stay again. ”
