「I recently stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa in Cartagena. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with charming design and a wonderful atmosphere. The rooftop views are breathtaking and a real highlight of the property. Breakfast was also excellent—there was a delicious variety of dishes, fresh breads, and fruits that made each morning a pleasure. 「Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room. Can say enough about the GHL highly recommend and we would stay again. 10/10」
