“On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city……

“Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call The place was clean……
