「This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. 「The Reef is a really nice resort, nice beach, pool, views and one of the best beach inlets with the least amount of seaweed! Dislikes were all the food was bland with little to no flavour but the best restaurant was the Japanese restaurant it’s just like Benihana’s but of course you pay extra for it. All the drinks also tasted the same no matter what you got unless you were taking shots.」

「Lamentablemente hay mucho sargazo y en la habitación que quede le falta algo de mantenimiento, aunque se ve que en sus mejores tiempos estuvo bastante hermosa, quizá pude haber conseguido algo más moderno por el precio que pagué. Lo sobresaliente fueron los paseos y la experiencia en bote además de los restaurantes, AQUÍ ME QUEDÓ T SAFFRON, asi como la atención del personal en gral.」

「They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!」
