“This two bedroom apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is the nicest place I have stayed in Colorado springs. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals and the space was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to major roads made the location very convenient.”

“As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Very organized, wonderful cleaning supplies selection, accessible to guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Thank you for your open communication. This place was perfect for a quick weekend visit and a place to sleep while visiting family. There’s just a couple Minor things like the hallway closet wouldn’t close all the way and the bedroom Door is tight to close. Overall it was the perfect place though for our family for the weekend. The owner is super friendly and quick to respond.”

“What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice.”
