“Great location, beautiful property, immaculately clean and fresh, well-stocked kitchen. Great communication from hosts. Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application.”

“We had a great stay! Host thought of everything. So many more little extras you don’t see in most rentals. We brought our dog and the yard was perfect for him since it was totally fenced. Short walk to OCC Brewing Co and short drive to Garden of the Gods. We walked there every morning. This was the best place we’ve stayed yet in our Colorado adventures!”

“The house was located near the concert venue we planned on going to. The smart tvs were very useful for nights where we would watch shows together. There was a bag of popcorn and some beverages left in the fridge with a sweet note. Overall a wonderful place with great ammenities.”

“This is a great house. We are a family of 4 visiting our kids who 2 kids who are cadets at the Academy. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. House is roomy and well-appointed. They’ve stocked it with everything you might need. We will definitely try to rent this house again.”

“This was a perfect getaway just a quick drive from Denver! There was 4 feet of snow when we arrived but the cabin and drive were plowed and shoveled! The owners were incredibly accomodating and kind and let us know about direct tv being out but had someone bring us a roku stick. Truly so quiet and relaxing, especially the hot tub and the crisp mountain air.”

“This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to……

“Our host were very welcoming and kind! We throughly enjoyed our month long stay during the winter. During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom……
