My sister and I along with our young adult kids had a great time staying in Manitou Springs! The house had plenty of room for us all and was so comfortable! It was a great location as we could walk into town for shopping and eating and were so close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. It was a great place for us all to stay!

The home was comfortable, clean, cozy and inviting in a quiet neighborhood. We walked from the home to downtown Manitou Springs. Check in and check out were the easiest we’ve ever experienced. Owners are extremely kind and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a group of people from different parts of Colorado meeting in Manitou to climb the Incline. This property was perfect; walking distance to town and half a block from the main parking for the incline. The host also worked with us on our needs. This was my first short term rental and it was a very positive experience.

Great property: very private, close to town - just minutes away - easy walking distance. Also very close to so many great outdoor activities: Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Incline, Cliff Dwellings, hiking trails.... Comfortable and bright with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a rendezvous with family. Totally enjoyed our stay - would return gladly.

This property was perfect for a girls' trip. There were five of us enjoying beautiful Colorado. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the location was perfect. An easy walk to everything Manitou Springs and a short drive to Pike's Peak, Canon City, Colorado Springs, etc. Check-in was easy and no issues were encountered. Will definitely rent this property again if available on our next trip.

Fantastic home within walking distance to everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, and communication through the entire process was perfect. This is the third place I've rented in the area over the past few years, and definitely the best. I've paid more for less, and we could not be happier staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is gorgeous with amazing views out the multiple patios. It’s within walking distance to downtown and a cute little park. Also super close to hiking activities. The owners were very responsive each time I emailed them and went out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Great location, close to downtown Manitou Springs and the free #33 bus. Able to access the Cog Rail and the Incline. Great place to stay, comfortable beds, wonderful deck space to sit around a fire in the evenings. Very pleased with the house and loved having a garage.

Our expectations were exceeded with Jeff and Kelly's home in Manitou. Great kitchen, clean, wonderful bedrooms, fantastic outdoor setting for eating, visiting and family reunion pictures. Incredible upstairs master suite! Quiet location. And the location is perfect for walking to Manitou and driving to the other touristy areas of the Springs! We would definitely use this home again.
