Relax in this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom home in the heart of Colorado Springs. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this bright, open-concept space features a modern kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace, and a private outdoor space. Walk to local favorites, enjoy quick access to downtown, and be minutes from iconic Colorado attractions.
🏠 The Home
This newly remodeled 672 sq ft home comfortably sleeps up to four guests and was designed specifically with travelers in mind. High ceilings and an open layout make the space feel bright and spacious despite its compact footprint.
The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and bar seating for four, making meals at home easy and enjoyable. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where you'll find a cozy couch, large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with inviting linens, providing a restful place to unwind. The bathroom is modern and stylish, complete with a walk-in shower and updated finishes. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the home for added convenience during longer stays.
The home does not have central air conditioning, which is common in Colorado Springs. Thanks to the mild climate, this is rarely an issue, and portable AC units are installed during warmer summer months for added comfort.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with seating and a propane grill, ideal for morning coffee, casual meals, or unwinding in the evening.

- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail. - Parking available for up to 2 vehicles via the rear alley
